New and Improved Online Banking Service

In an effort to provide you with the best banking experience we can, we are improving our online banking service to better meet your needs.  On March 21, you will experience the following feature enhancements to our online banking service. Changes will include:

  • The Log-In process is simplified and has your username and password on the same page
  • You can easily access account balances, transfers, recent transactions and bill payment from the home page
  • You can manage your activity from one page, which makes finding and performing transactions faster and more efficient
  • Transaction history is combined to a single page view
  • Transactions are displayed newest to oldest 
  • You can now access express and scheduled transfers within the same section
  • Bill Pay no longer launches in a second browser window, providing convenience and more security
  • Enhance User Experience regardless of the device you use (desktop, table or mobile)

Important Information Regarding Your Internet Browser & Computer Operating System

To deliver the best and safest online banking experience to our users, Sussex Bank's Online Banking relies on the newest updates and advances in web browsers and operating systems. In order to ensure this, you will need to make sure that you are using a browser and operating system that supports TSL 1.2.

As a result, the following browsers and operating systems are no longer supported for use with our Sussex Bank Online Banking effective June 25, 2017.

Desktop Operating Systems NOT Supported:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and below
  • Microsoft XP/Vista and below
  • Desktop Safari versions 6 and below for OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) and below

Desktop Operating Systems Currently Supported:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 and higher
  • Microsoft Windows 7, 8.0, 8.1, and 10
  • Safari Versions 7 and higher for Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) and higher

Desktop Browsers NOT Supported:

  • IE versions 8 and below
  • Google Chrome 21 and below
  • Firefox 22 and below

Desktop Browsers Currently Supported But NOT By Default:

  • IE versions 9 and 10 (When run in Windows 7 or newer)
  • Google Chrome 22 to 37 (When in Windows 7 or newer and Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) and higher)
  • Firefox 23 to 26

Desktop Operating Systems Currently Supported By Default:

  • IE version 11
  • Google Chrome 38 and higher
  • Firefox 27 and higher

Android Mobile OS NOT Supported:

  • 4.3 (Jelly Bean) and below
