    Authorizing us to continue the No Return Service that you currently have for your debit card and ATM transactions is easy. All you have to do is say "Yes" and enjoy its many benefits.

    No Return Service gives you the flexibility and security of overdraft protection on your account. Here are a few examples of everyday debit card purchases currently covered with our convenient No Return Service:

  • Restaurants
  • Gas Stations
  • Doctor's Office
  • Pharmacy...and more

    If you want to continue this valuable service, you may:
  • call your local Branch
  • call 1-800-511-9900, select option 2 for Telephone Banking then option 6
  • print the Opt In Form and drop it of at any branch
  • mail the Opt In form to SussexBank, PO Box 353, Franklin, NJ 07416-0353


    If we don't hear from you by August 15th, we will no longer be authorized to cover your debit card and ATM transactions with our No Return Service. Don't lose this valuable service, say "Yes" TODAY!

    * The effective date of the change is August 15, 2010 for accounts opened before July 1, 2010. For accounts opened after July 1, 2010 the effective date of the change is July 1, 2010. Beginning August 15, 2010, we will not authorize and pay overdrafts on ATM and everyday debit card transactions without account holder consent. An overdraft fee or insufficient funds (NSF) fee of up to $36.00 will be charged for covering overdrafts that result in a negative balance at the end of the day. Overdrafts may be created by check, ACH, online banking transactions, phone transactions or other electronic means. Recurring debit card transactions (payments that are set up to bill and pay automatically), such as an automatic draft from your health club or insurance company, may continue to be covered by your No Return Service. Once an overdraft has occurred you are required to bring your account to a positive balance within 30 days. We reserve the right not to pay if your account is not in good standing.
